At HMS, we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of cybersecurity. While we make every effort to support legacy hardware and maintain reliable connectivity, the time inevitably comes when older systems must be phased out. The continuously evolving cybersecurity landscape introduces new risks for IoT-connected devices, necessitating ongoing enhancements to our cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal security.
For several years, all hardware predating the current Netbiter 300 series has been classified as obsolete. Although we initially announced that connectivity to the Argos platform would only be guaranteed through 2020, we have successfully maintained secure access well beyond that timeframe. However, in light of current security requirements and infrastructure advancements, continued support for these legacy systems is no longer viable.
Effective December 1, 2025, Argos will no longer support connections from legacy devices.

DLG200, EC150, EC220, EC220 – M3, EC250, SQ100, SQ200, WS100 and WS200
